Prices 2024

For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a supplement of € 5.00 per person and night.

Notes

• On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready for check-in from 14:00 pm (Check in: from 14:00 pm to 19:00 pm)
• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am (Check out: from 8:00 am to 10:00 am)
• Meal: Breakfast is included in the price.
• For groups from 20 people we also offer a half board menu.
• Double room as single use: bookable on request. (€ 20.00 supplement)
• Cancellations: cancellations up to 7 days before the planned arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations that occur later than 7 days before arrival, cases of non-arrival ("No show") or earlier departures will be fully charged.
• VAT and tourist tax: 10% VAT is included. A local tax of € 2,50 per person and night will be applied to all guests from 14 years and up. This tax is not included in our rates.
• New from 2024: the GUEST CARD included in the price for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, comprehends the funicular railway to the Mendola, the cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Maranza, Meltina, Colle and Verano and the tramway Renon
• Use of Swimming pool and the use of a bath towel for the pool is included in the price. The swimming pool is open from 07:00 am till 7:00 pm
• Internet access at no costs: there is wireless internet in the whole house free of charge
• Parking: parking for private vehicles and buses (on request) is available free of charge at the hotel.
• Garage: for bicycles and motorbikes
• Pets: No pets allowed!
• Payment: You can pay in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Bancomat card (Maestro). Cash is allowed by law to a maximum of € 4.999,99.
